Mimecast blockages resolved thanks to an SPF adjustment
This customer was experiencing email bounce and block issues via Mimecast. During a call, Pierre analyzed the bounce messages, checked the configuration, and identified the likely cause. The SPF record in the DNS was corrected live, strengthening confidence in the configuration and anticipating a decrease in blocks.

We've had trouble with email bounce/block messages from Mimecast. Pierre reviewed the Mimecast bounce messages, checked our mail configuration, and found a potential cause.
