We were having deliverability issues with several of our client's mass email campaigns and needed a better email platform for managing how our email was being sent. However, we really needed to understand what was wrong with our existing campaigns and email platform before we could make a decision on how to fix these issues. Pierre and the team at MailSoar were instrumental in evaluating our previous campaigns and reviewing our sending practices including the more technical DNS settings. . Thanks to MailSoar we now have implemented Ongage and two additional SMTP services to help ensure our client's emails hit the inbox.

We've recruited MailSoar after struggling with bad open rates for a very long time, and the account management of Zaius (the platform we use for sending emails) could not solve it. MailSoar managed to help us go from 10% to almost 30% open rate! and now we are able to send over 1M emails per week (about 5 times more than what we used to). Our total sales grew about 30% and the main reason is the email marketing! We used to have only 10% return customers and now we have 30%. This was definitely a game changer for us.
